Viva la revolucion! Viva la SUBVERSIVOS! This stormy outfit, hailing from the north of Brazil, have a strong Class War message and a upright Working Class stance. The "Lokomotiva Proletaria" 7" contains three brand new exclusive gems and two tracks from their last full length, "Democracia Vermelha", released back in 2004.
Unlike the rough Aggro-Oi! by the most of brazilian bands like VIRUS 27, GAROTOS PODRES, HISTERIA, MANIFESTHO etc., the SUBVERSIVOS prefer a very catchy Street punk version. They sound way more like their european comrades RED UNION or LOS FASTIDIOS. For example, the opener "Hooligan Vermelho" add a cool Offbeat note to their Punk Rock basics, so it's a real anthemic street fighter!
